One of my favourite places in Cheltenham. Absolutely gorgeous food at very good prices. Loved the relax atmosphere, and the waiter was a delight. I went for the plentiful soup f the day (peas and spinach) and the Kangaroo, which was one of the best dishes I had in a while. Apparently they are quite big in wine, but that was off for me so could not possibly judge it. Not only that, they also do 3 theme days a week: Sundays is burrito free dessert Mondays is burger free dessert Tuesdays is Ribs free dessert I thought it was a nice (almost chick) place with astonishingly good food that doesn't break the bank.
Went for an office Christmas party and the staff were fantastic and the food lovely. Couldn't have asked for more as we were a large party.
We booked the venue for a 30th birthday party, Ivan was great throughout the booking and planning, even the day after when we needed to collect a few bits we left. Everything was so seamless and professional and all questions were answered within minutes by email or text during the "build up", to the party. There was a very relaxed approach, to using the space. The staff were friendly and service was good from bar staff through to the cleaners. We also stayed in the room overnight which was lovely, and immaculate.
This restaurant is normally only available for events, but it occasionally organises themed evenings, which are very popular. We attended a Christmas meal here and the food was excellent. The staff make us feel welcome and at home. There are 2 large, payable carparks right next to the venue for easy access.
We had a simply perfect evening wedding party for our daughter and son-in-law. Everything from communication before the event and the helpfulness and attentiveness of the staff on the day was excellent. The food was amazing, perfectly served, perfectly cooked. Everything was completely seamless. The venue was just right for our party, with outside space to mingle and inside dining. Thank you so much!
